On November 1, 2022 the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon opened the Creative Center for Children and Teenagers in Panj district. The Creative Center for Children and Teenagers in Panj district was built with the support of the State and the Government of the country with high quality and meets the requirements of modern times.

The above-mentioned facility consists of two floors and has classrooms, computer, cooking, drawing, linguistic, sewing, conference room, library and workrooms, which are equipped with the necessary furniture, equipment and supplies.

The building of the Creative Center for Children and Teenagers was implemented in the Panj district under sub-project SERSP-1C-08 within the implementation of the "Socio-Economic Resilience Strengthening Project".
